A: Yes! Most of our products offer personalization. Simply enter your name or text at checkout, and please double-check spelling before submitting production begins shortly after your order is placed.

A: Since all items are custom-made, we're unable to accept returns or exchanges unless your item arrives damaged or there was an error on our part. Contact us within 3 days of delivery with photos, and we'll make it right.
