SHIPPING & RETURN POLICY

Shipping Policy

We currently ship within the United States using USPS and UPS. Orders are processed within 2–5 business days, as each item is handmade and personalized.

Free shipping on orders of $100 or more  orders under $100 will have shipping calculated at checkout. A tracking number will be provided once your order has shipped.

Return & Refund Policy

Because all products are custom-made and personalized, we do not accept returns or exchanges unless the item arrives damaged or there is an error on our part.

If there's an issue with your order, please contact us within 3 days of delivery and provide photos of the item. If the mistake is ours, we will gladly replace the item or issue a refund.
